Refund policy
At Lock Blox, every kit is made with care using solid, natural wood. Because each set is prepared specifically for your order, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once your order has been placed.
We proudly stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If any blocks arrive cracked, broken, or defective, we will gladly replace them at no cost to you.

Replacements for Damaged Items – If your kit arrives with a damaged or defective block, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. Replacement pieces will be shipped promptly.

Natural Variations – Lock Blox kits are made from solid wood. Differences in grain, tone, and texture are natural and part of what makes each set unique. These are not considered defects.
